PROJECT: Enterprise Architecture and Foundation for Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehouse

ENVIRONMENT: MS Windows XP, 2003, 2008; MS SQL Server 2005 – 2008; SSIS, SSRS, SSAS; VisualStudio 2005-2008; MS Office 2007-2010.

CHALLENGE: Assignment with MINTO MFS and MSH Line of Business; brought to the project as an external Enterprise Architecture and BI Expert with the task to rescue project with very short delivery deadline. The project objective was to establish Business Intelligence Foundation for the Enterprise Reporting for two major MINTO business groups. Worked closely with the PMO, Business Analysts and IT BPIS Group and delivered: final architecture; design; integration of major components; and implementation of the final version of the Integrated System (foundation for MINTO BI and DW), utilizing Microsoft SQL Platform set of the Services in an Enterprise Environment (SSAS, SSIS and SSRS). 

OUTCOME: Project was successfully delivered on schedule and was fully accepted by the business.
