PROJECT: IT Assessment and Partner Data Exchange Assessment

ENVIRONMENT: MS Windows XP, 2003,2008; MS SQL Server 2005-2008 R2; MS Office 2007

CHALLENGE: Participated in UFA IT Assessment based on ITIL, to provide current state definition in order to determine a baseline for the development of the UFA’s IT Strategic Plan.

UFA – Partner Data Exchange Assessment – investigated and reviewed how identified UFA LOB’s are exchanging data files with their respective external and internal business partners and delivered.

OUTCOME: Provided UFA with the set of the recommendations for future strategy directions towards infrastructure virtualization and cloud based environment as well as deployment plan for recommended interim solution.
