PROJECT: Product Development

ENVIRONMENT: MS Windows XP, 2003,2008,7; MS SQL Server 2005-2008 R2; MS Office 2007 – 2010, VisualStudio 2005-2008, Enterprise Library, ISR S3Fast Suite; FSD PStream.

CHALLENGE: The assignment is to integrate ISR S3Fast Enterprise application for the Department of National Defense (DND/CF) NPV monitoring, which includes ERMP integration for Canadian Navy (DND/CF Victoria, Nanoose and Halifax stations) with the NPV monitoring and Lab systems at Royal Military College Kingston.

Development of the R&D work plan for next year. Overall re-engineering of ISR S3Fast software suite.

OUTCOME: Set the Project Management Governance Environment as well as IT/EA Standards and Best Practices in the Multidisciplinary Research Environment to assure successful project delivery; Reviewed, maintained and delivered work results according to agreed EA and PMO Governance standards, and best practices assuring proper financial support and budget of all project management phases
