CHALLENGE: Application Portfolio Management Program (APM), directly responsible for establishment of the foundation for APM Practice and in a broader scope – Integrated Investment Portfolio Management which involves Strategy and Planning, Enterprise Architecture, and Project Management

Working directly with Cenovus IT/IS Senior Leadership Team, IT Group Leads, Strategic Business Advisors and Portfolio Architects, coaching and guiding them through the intricacies of portfolio optimization, application landscape rationalization, and creation of the IT/IS Strategic Roadmaps.

OUTCOME: Defined and introduced Portfolio Architecture Competency Framework, metrics, and reporting. Sustained and matured Portfolio Architecture Processes and Practice within 24 active IT Portfolios; gradually building foundation for Portfolio and Solution Architecture Delivery.
